Delivery

Because our objects are unique, we attach great importance to our shipping methods. We also want to be able to send our products all over the world in the best conditions. Metropolitan France, Monaco and Andorra
For items that are not very fragile and not very bulky (up to 4.5kg or 9,9lbs and depending on the size), we send your order via La Poste by Colissimo with signature.
For all products whose size exceeds the sizes authorized by La Poste*, you can contact us via our contact form or by email at boutique@appartementtemoin.com. We will provide you with a customized quote.

Orders are processed within 48 to 72 hours (excluding weekends) and then allow 2 to 3 working days for receipt. Once your order has been placed and confirmed, you will receive a tracking number by email and/or sms according to your choice. 

Pick-up (Metropolitan France)
For Metropolitan France, you can pick up your order for free in Appartement Témoin office in Antony (92160 - France) with an appointment. You can choose this option at the checkout or contact us by email at boutique@appartementtemoin.com.

Local delivery (Paris and suburbs)
For an order of more than 400 euros, we offer you a fixed price of 75 euros with our partner courier (delivery in Paris and suburbs, at the foot of the building). Returns policy
You have 7 days to contact us by email at boutique@appartementtemoin.com to organise the return of your order. The costs associated with this return are at the buyer's expense.
